Novice is thrilled to present COLLAGE Day, happening Saturday, August 16 at Kape Mismo, Antipolo, as part of SPOTLIGHT: The Exhibit 2025!
This all-day creative gathering welcomes artists, designers, and makers of all backgrounds to immerse themselves in collage-making, storytelling, and meaningful community connections.
The day kicks off with a hands-on workshop led by Arden Ortiz (@unardent), followed by FRESH Takes, Novice’s signature creative talks, featuring Khada Liz (@khadaliz), Josh Dacumos (@jshdcms), and Arden Ortiz. From crafting art to sharing inspiring journeys, from portfolio reviews to playful community games, COLLAGE Day is designed for creatives who are ready to cut, paste, and connect.
For Josh Dacumos, this milestone is deeply personal. He shares, “It’s a humbling experience. Just a few months ago—after attending the first Fresh Takes—I kept saying how much I wanted to be part of it. And now… here I am! Always grateful to Novice.”
Meanwhile, Arden Ortiz embraces the joy of firsts, saying, “This is my first time ever giving a talk and leading a workshop. Super honored, especially because Novice has been there since day one.”
