Chef Boy Logro leads launch of EASYBRAND’s first Easy Training Center

The Philippine culinary and food service industry just gained a new hub for learning and innovation as EASYBRAND officially opened its first Easy Training Center, with none other than Chef Boy Logro leading its flagship culinary programs.

The new facility is designed to serve as a dedicated space for chefs, food entrepreneurs, and beverage specialists to sharpen their skills and transform their passion into sustainable businesses.

“This training center is more than just a place to cook—it’s where we turn passion into livelihood,” said Chef Logro during the opening ceremony. “We want to train people with skills that are relevant today, from efficient kitchen operations to creative menu development, so they can compete in the growing food service market.”

The Easy Training Center departs from traditional classroom-style instruction by offering a hands-on, business-oriented learning environment. Backed by EasyBrand PH and its roster of brand ambassadors, the center merges culinary mastery with practical entrepreneurship—teaching participants not only how to cook but also how to build and manage a profitable food business.

The grand opening was headlined by EasyPro® ambassador Chef Boy Logro, joined by the Faces of Easy Brand and other seasoned mentors who will guide participants through specialized training modules tailored to industry needs.

The Easy Training Center features flexible and specialized courses to fit different skill levels and career goals:

  • EasyPro® (3-day module) – A comprehensive program covering culinary operations (Day 1), traditional versus modern “Easy” methods (Day 2), and practical evaluation (Day 3).
  • Easy® Beverage (1-day program) – Focused on hands-on training in coffee, milk tea, mocktails, and cocktails, aligned with the latest café and beverage trends.
  • Easy® Signature (2-day program) – Designed for professionals seeking to elevate their culinary expertise through advanced techniques and creative recipe development.

Participants will also gain firsthand experience using EasyBrand products, allowing them to learn how to maximize ingredients for both efficiency and creativity.

Beyond the training itself, the Easy Training Center promises long-term mentorship and innovation, aiming to become a nationwide hub for culinary and beverage education. The goal is to empower more Filipinos to start and grow their own food ventures while ensuring that food service standards across the country continue to rise.

Chef Logro, who has spent decades inspiring aspiring cooks through hit TV shows like ‘Kusina Master’ and ‘Idol sa Kusina,’ shared that his focus has shifted from television to teaching.

“I’m grateful for everything that showbiz gave me, but now my heart belongs to training the next generation of chefs,” he said. “This is my way of giving back—by helping others find success through cooking.”

With the launch of the Easy Training Center, EASYBRAND not only reaffirms its role as a trusted name in the food and beverage industry but also establishes itself as a key driver in nurturing future culinary leaders and entrepreneurs across the Philippines.

The center is now open to individuals and organizations interested in culinary training, beverage innovation, and food business development, marking the start of a new era for accessible and practical culinary education in the country. (with reports from Loyd Pino)
