Actor Archie Alemania has yet to release a public statement following the court’s verdict finding him guilty in the harassment case filed by Kapuso actress and singer Rita Daniela.

As of October 30, 2025, Archie has stayed quiet on social media. His most recent Instagram Story showed him wearing an orange prisoner shirt, which initially alarmed some followers. However, a close friend clarified that the actor is not actually in jail, explaining that the photo was taken on the set of ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo’ — where he is currently filming a scene set in a prison alongside Albert Martinez.
The post came amid renewed public scrutiny of Archie after the court’s ruling. Some of his friends reportedly expressed concern that the verdict might affect his chances of getting steady work again, especially since he previously faced career setbacks when the complaint was first filed.
Despite this, Archie appears to be moving forward quietly. He later posted another Story showing himself on a golf course, giving no indication of stress or comment on the case.
Meanwhile, Rita Daniela expressed deep gratitude following the court’s decision, dedicating the victory to survivors of abuse and harassment who have yet to find their voice.

“The justice I received today is not just for me. This is also for all the women and men who were abused, harassed, and molested that didn’t have the voice and platform to fight for their own rights,” Rita wrote on Instagram.
“So, I am celebrating this justice with you. Today, we all won. We won. God loves us.”
In a separate interview, Rita revealed that she underwent multiple therapy sessions to recover from the trauma caused by the incident.
“I’ve had therapies, I went back to therapies actually. Hindi siya basta lang kumausap ako ng kaibigan o pamilya ko. Kailangan kong pagdaanan yun para malagpasan ko at makapunta ako kung nasaan ako ngayon,” she shared.
The actress also said that being a mother to her son, Uno, has given her strength to heal and keep moving forward.
“I’m doing so much better and it’s not easy to be in this position now. As much as I want to give time for myself, I have to because I have Uno,” she said.
