Top 5 Reasons Why You Shouldn’t Miss the EHEF 2025

“Studying in the EU opens doors to quality education, cultural diversity, and global opportunities. This November, that ambition gets closer for Filipinos,”says H.E. Massimo Santoro, the European Union Ambassador to the Philippines, adding that through the EHEF 2025, the European Union reaffirms its commitment to helping Filipinos explore quality education and build globally connected futures.

The European Higher Education Fair (EHEF) 2025 returns on 21 and 22 November on-site in Robinsons Manila and on 24 November via online sessions, gathering EU’s top universities under one roof to connect with Filipino students, researchers, academicians and professionals eager to take their academic journey to the next level. Education is where ideas connect and innovation is nurtured. Here are the five reasons why you should make time for this year’s EHEF:

1. Meet EU’s Top Universities, All in One Place

Why browse countless websites when you can talk directly to the source? EHEF 2025 brings together nearly 100 universities and higher education institutions across the EU: Czech Republic, Germany, Ireland, Spain, France, Italy, Latvia, Hungary, The Netherlands, Austria, Romania, Slovakia, Finland, and Sweden. Whether you are exploring post-graduate studies, specialised training, or research opportunities, you will find the right fit here.

2. Get Expert Guidance Straight From University Representatives

Still thinking of pursuing a degree abroad that can be too overwhelming? At EHEF, you can speak directly with university representatives who can answer your questions about programmes, admission requirements, and even share life on campus.

3. Explore Scholarship and Funding Opportunities

Studying in the EU may be more accessible than you think. Learn more about scholarships and mobility opportunities offered by the EU and individual member states’ universities, including the renowned Erasmus+ programme. Experts will be on hand to guide you through the application process and help you understand how to make your academic goals financially attainable.

4. Immerse Yourself in European Culture and Innovation

Beyond academics, EHEF 2025 celebrates the EU’s rich cultural heritage, creativity, and future-thinking mind-set. Expect interactive booths, engaging discussions with representatives from the EU’s cultural institutes that highlight the diversity and vibrancy of the EU’s multilingual and educational landscape.

5. Be Inspired to Build Your Future

EHEF is about discovering your greatest potential. Meet Filipino alumni who are now thriving in their chosen fields. Their stories serve as proof that education can open global opportunities to transform not just careers, but also even lives.

EHEF 2025 is supported by the Commission on Higher Education, together with the regional hubs University of Santo Tomas (Metro Manila), University of the Cordilleras (Luzon), Eastern Visayas State University (Visayas), and Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan (Mindanao). University partners include Ateneo de Davao University, Caraga State University, De La Salle University, Far Eastern University, Holy Cross of Davao College, Lyceum of the Philippines-Manila Campus, Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology, Pampanga State Agricultural University, Polytechnic University of the Philippines, University of San Agustin, University of the Philippines Manila, and Visayas State University.

Professional organisation partners include the National Academy of Science and Technology–Philippines, Philippine Architecture School Association, Philippine Computer Society, Philippine Economic Society, and the United Architects of the Philippines. Media partners such as Backend News, Baguio Herald Express, Daily Guardian, Daily Tribune, Gadgets Magazine, Manila Bulletin, Mindanao Gold Star Daily, News Watch Plus, SEA Wave Pop Culture Magazine, SEA Wave Pilipinas, Tempo, and WhenInManila.com help bring the event closer to students nationwide. COMCO Southeast Asia-Pilipinas is the PR and communications partner.
