Actress Rhian Ramos and businessman-politician Sam Verzosa have once again sparked breakup speculation after netizens noticed that the longtime couple is no longer following each other on Instagram.
The change in their social media activity did not go unnoticed by eagle-eyed fans, who quickly pointed out that both Ramos and Verzosa are absent from each other’s following lists. Despite this, neither has deleted or removed photos and posts featuring one another from their respective accounts, adding to the uncertainty surrounding the issue.
As of writing, neither Ramos nor Verzosa has released an official statement addressing the renewed rumors. Supporters of the couple have expressed hope that the two are simply dealing with a private matter and will eventually reconcile.
This is not the first time social media behavior has ignited questions about their relationship. In 2022, the couple experienced a similar unfollowing incident, which later turned out to be a rough patch they were able to overcome. Verzosa had previously acknowledged that they went through challenges but reassured fans that their relationship remained intact.
Ramos and Verzosa publicly confirmed their romance in 2022 when they arrived hand in hand at the GMA Gala. They later celebrated their fourth anniversary in August, despite facing intermittent breakup rumors in 2023.
In a past interview on ‘Fast Talk With Boy Abunda’, Ramos shared that her perspective on marriage had changed because of her relationship with Verzosa, a statement that further highlighted the seriousness of their partnership at the time.
Meanwhile, Ramos remains focused on her acting career. She currently stars as Mitena, also known as the Ice Queen, the main antagonist in ‘Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre’. Verzosa, on the other hand, continues to juggle his business ventures and political engagements.
Until either party speaks out, the current status of their relationship remains a matter of speculation.
