As 2026 begins, E-Talent International and E-Talent Musikademy does not merely welcome a new year, it carries forward a decade-long legacy shaped by vision, discipline, and an unwavering belief in the power of music to transform lives.
After ten years of excellence, E-Talent International stands among Oceania’s most trusted and respected institutions in music education and professional live entertainment. Yet beyond accolades and milestones, it is the heart behind the work that truly defines its story.
The year 2025 marked a defining chapter in E-Talent’s journey. It was a year distinguished not only by scale and success, but by meaning and purpose. Thirteen major concerts were mounted in celebration of the company’s 10th anniversary, alongside the 5th anniversary of E-Talent Musikademy. Each production was executed with precision, integrity, and deep respect for artists and audiences alike.
At the center of this journey is Annabelle Regalado-Borja, CEO and Founder of E-Talent International and E-Talent Musikademy. Her career spans continents, cultures, and generations of artists, reflecting a rare balance of global experience and grounded purpose.
Formerly Vice President of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation and Managing Director of Star Music in the Philippines, Annabelle helped shape the careers of some of the most iconic voices in the industry. Today, that world-class expertise fuels E-Talent’s continued success across Australia, New Zealand, and the wider Oceania region.
“Excellence is never accidental, it is built through trust, preparation, and love for what you do,” Annabelle shares. “Every concert, every student, every collaboration carries a responsibility to uplift and inspire.”
E-Talent’s 10th anniversary year was highlighted by a remarkable lineup of global productions that resonated deeply with audiences and communities across Oceania.
These included the Eraserheads ‘Huling El Bimbo’ World Tour in Melbourne and Sydney (March 2025); the Gary Valenciano Concert Series in Brisbane, Wellington, Perth, Melbourne, and Sydney (March 2025); the Gary Valenciano Birthday Comeback Concert in Auckland and Canberra (August 2025); and the phenomenal SB19 ‘Simula at Wakas’ Oceania Tour in Melbourne, Sydney, and Auckland (December 2025).
Each event bore the unmistakable E-Talent International signature, meticulous planning, premium staging, and an artist-first philosophy.
These were not merely concerts; they were cultural moments that strengthened the connection between global Filipino artistry and Oceania’s diverse communities.
The results spoke for themselves: 100% partner retention, an average 95% venue capacity, and a reputation for reliability that few in the industry can rival.
Annabelle Regalado-Borja’s leadership and influence in 2025 were recognized across multiple platforms. She was named 2025 Ambassador for Culture and the Arts by ACI Central and NARRA, and honored as a Top 4 Finalist for the Triple M People’s Choice Award at the 2025 Golden Crow Awards in Wagga Wagga. These distinctions reflect not only professional excellence, but her role as a cultural bridge, uniting artistry, community, and opportunity.
Her leadership journey was also celebrated on a personal level during her golden 50th birthday. An intimate capsule reunion held on October 9 at Cochi BGC, owned by Marvin Agustin, whom she previously managed and partnered with at MediaNation, Inc., brought together family, mentors, and lifelong collaborators. Among those present were her first bosses and godparents from ABS-CBN, Charo Santos-Concio and Enrico Santos, with impromptu hosting by Ice Seguerra and Liza Dino. Surrounded by friends from the creative industry—Direk Connie Macatuno, Jim Paredes, Jackie Lou Blanco, Sitti, Juris, Jeffrey Hidalgo, Francis and Carla Concio, Bambbi Fuentes, and many others—alongside her family from Australia, the evening became a quiet testament to a life devoted to people, purpose, and passion. Just one week later, Cochi received its Michelin recognition, a poetic reminder that excellence naturally attracts excellence.
Beyond Oceania, E-Talent International has also made a significant impact in the Middle East, producing some of the biggest concerts in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Under Annabelle’s leadership, E-Talent has brought world-class artists to international stages, including Parokya ni Edgar, Gary Valenciano, Sarah Geronimo, Mark Bautista, Bamboo, Charice, Vina Morales, Angelina Quinto, Sheryn Regis, David Pomeranz, Ice Seguerra, Joey Generoso, Sitti, Anne Curtis, Nadine Lustre, James Reid, Toni Gonzaga, Darren Espanto, Alden Richards, Maine Mendoza, Alex Gonzaga, Gloc-9, Morissette Amon, and Nina, among many others. This global reach reinforces E-Talent’s standing as a trusted producer capable of delivering excellence across borders and cultures.
While large-scale productions command headlines, the soul of E-Talent International beats strongest in education. The E-Talent Musikademy 5th Anniversary Special, Shine: Built to Believe, held at the CSU Riverina Playhouse in Wagga Wagga, was a deeply moving celebration of growth, belief, and possibility. Featuring more than 50 students and local performers, the showcase marked five years of online and in-person music education for learners across the globe. More than a performance, it was a declaration of purpose, to nurture not only skilled musicians, but confident, disciplined, and inspired individuals.
“Talent is universal, but opportunity is not,” Annabelle reflects. “Our mission has always been to meet talent with belief, and to walk with our students until they believe in themselves.”
That mission finds powerful expression through Musikademy Angels, a scholarship initiative launched by E-Talent Musikademy to break barriers and make music education accessible to those who need it most. The inaugural five scholarships will support one Aboriginal student, one student on Centrelink support, one student facing financial barriers, one student living with a disability, and one adult learner with limited opportunities. For these scholars, Musikademy Angels represents more than free lessons, it represents dignity, hope, and a future reshaped through music.
“Music gave me a voice long before I understood my purpose,” Annabelle shares. “If we can give even one person the chance to be heard, then everything we’ve built is worth it.”
The public is invited to be part of this mission and become a Musikademy Angel.

The path forward is deliberate: curating only the highest-quality productions for Australia and New Zealand, while expanding Musikademy’s educational services globally and opening doors to international learning and showcase opportunities for students worldwide.
Guided by Annabelle Regalado-Borja’s visionary leadership, these initiatives remain anchored in strategic collaboration, creative integrity, and disciplined execution.
