Margherita. Diners keeping it classic may opt for the Margherita, a straightforward mix of marinara, basil, mozzarella and parmesan, finished in a brick oven for a clean, balanced bite.
Truffle Prosciutto. For those who want something richer and more aromatic, Truffle Prosciutto layers truffle cream, prosciutto and mushrooms with mozzarella and parmesan, keeping the slice indulgent without turning heavy.
