Hann Resorts recently hosted a media briefing at Manila House, Bonifacio Global City to unveil its new project development, Hann Reserve in New Clark City. Aptly called, “Bold Horizons: A New Era of Integrated Lifestyle” the program was led by key executives of Hann Group from Clark, Pampanga: Agnes “Neki” Liwanag, Vice President for Real Estate and Property Development of Hann Philippines, Inc., and Tim Neil, General Manager of Hann Reserve.
Liwanag shared updates on its expanding real estate leisure development portfolio, tracing its progression from a well-established integrated Hann Casino Resort in Clark Freeport Zone to its new landmark project, Hann Reserve, an eco-sanctuary estate in New Clark City, Tarlac, scheduled to open in March.

Its design features layered rock forms, flowing pathways, textured stone finishes, warm earth tones, and ambient lighting that mimics natural light filtering through canyon apertures—creating a space that feels immersive, open, and refined rather than enclosed.
A key highlight of the expansion is The Canyon, a striking lifestyle space conceived as a place to pause and gather. Designed around movement and flow, it operates as a coffee destination by day and transforms into a café-winery by night, offering guests a relaxed counterpoint to the energy of the gaming floor.
The expansion also introduced new food and beverage concepts, further enhancing the resort’s lifestyle appeal. Three Woks delivers an all-day and late-night East Asian dining experience inspired by Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cuisines, while The Pearl, located within the VIP gaming area, offers a more intimate fine-dining setting featuring curated Asian specialties. Together, these additions deepen the resort’s culinary and social offering.

Liwanag also shared how Hann’s progress is reflected in the social responsibility efforts of Hann Foundation in Pampanga and Tarlac where Hann Resorts operates. “Building on what we have achieved in Clark, Hann Reserve represents the next phase of our growth—one that is grounded in sustainability, long-term planning, and a deep understanding of place,” Liwanag said.
She added that Hann Reserve extends the lifestyle created at Hann Casino Resort, allowing guests to stay at Hann’s hotels, enjoy dining and leisure in Clark, and expand their experience through golf and nature-led recreation in New Clark City—forming a connected lifestyle journey across destinations.

Expanding on Hann Resorts’ vision, Tim Neil, General Manager of Hann Reserve, introduced the development as the Group’s most nature-led expression of integrated lifestyle living, guided by the philosophy Greatness, by Nature.
Set within the natural landscape of New Clark City, Hann Reserve is envisioned as an eco-luxury sanctuary where greatness is shaped not through excess, but through balance—between environment and experience, design and restraint, ambition and responsibility. Rather than imposing on the land, the development is planned to work with its surroundings, preserving open spaces, natural contours, and the quiet strength of the outdoors.
He explained that the 450-hectare development integrates championship golf, wellness amenities, education facilities, and residential communities into a single ecosystem, designed to meet international standards while remaining deeply connected to its natural setting.
“Something we always talk about internally is that we’re not here to replicate. We’re here to reinvent,” Neil said. “We’re trying to create quality golf at the highest level, with something for multiple groups of consumers, whether that’s for wellness, the PGA village, or three courses of a standard that isn’t currently available, not just in the Philippines but also in Southeast Asia”.
Central to this vision is Hann Reserve’s golf offering, which brings together three championship golf courses designed by Nicklaus Design, K.J. Choi, and Sir Nick Faldo. These are complemented by a PGA Performance Center and the PGA Village, developed in partnership with PGA of America, creating a hub for elite training, coaching, and education.
Neil explained that the PGA Partnership enables Hann Reserve to introduce structured learning pathways that extend beyond sport, including student-athlete programs integrated with the estate’s planned international school. This approach, he said, is intended to support young players pursuing professional careers, as well as those seeking opportunities within the broader golf industry.
According to Neil, this collaboration is intended not only to elevate course design and playing standards, but also to support golf education, athlete development, and the growth of the Philippines as a competitive destination within the Asian golf landscape.
