After his stint as a Pinoy Big Brother housemate, Sparkle star Anton Vinzon is set to take on his first lead role in the upcoming GMA Afternoon Prime series Kamao.
Vinzon continues to build his image as an action star following his appearance in Mga Batang Riles, with Kamao marking a major milestone in his career.
He will be joined by a powerhouse cast that includes Amy Austria, Neil Ryan Sese, Wendell Ramos, Bruce Roeland, content creators Abdul and Marsy, Katrina Halili, and his real-life father, Roi Vinzon.
In the series, Vinzon plays Makmak, a young man determined to become a boxing champion. Beyond the challenges inside the ring, his character will also face struggles involving family, life, and love.
With anticipation building, fans are already eager to find out who will play Makmak’s love interest in the story.
Kamao is set to air soon on GMA Afternoon Prime.
