Spotlight on Bigo Live’s Inspiring Female Creators
As the country celebrates National Women’s Month and commemorates International Women’s Day (IWD) this March, Bigo Live shines a spotlight on four remarkable creators who are fostering safe and empowering spaces and inspiring audiences in the Philippines and beyond.
Joyce Anne Rosales (BIGO ID: AnneYong): Hailing from Las Piñas City, Joyce, also known as “Jaja”, is a mother, full-time event host and talent who has been actively streaming since February 2021, and credits her mother as her inspiration in overcoming life challenges with resilience and confidence. Jaja’s singing, comedy and “life talks” content for her viewers are what she considers her positive contributions for the community.
Jannah Faye A. Bocatiya (BIGO ID: jfaye): Faye is a talented artist from Manila who began her Bigo Live journey in 2022, focusing primarily on singing during her livestreams. In celebrating Women’s Month, she shares that the kindness and strength of her mother are what deeply inspire her during difficult times. In giving back to the community, she proudly uses Bigo Live as a platform to motivate other women and demonstrate the impact of livestreaming beyond physical appearances.
Jeanifer Olimba (BIGO ID: Jeny24): A full-time mother and content creator from Cavite City, Jeanifer (also known as “Jenny”) has been on Bigo Live since 2019. She helps foster inclusive spaces within the Bigo Live community by hosting talk shows, singing and sharing valuable tips and advice with her audience to ignite meaningful conversations. Jenny attributes her success to the confidence, self-motivation and resilience she has built through her personal experiences.
Jamii Velasco (BIGO ID: spicyjamii): A fresh face on the platform who started streaming in February 2025, Jamii proudly broadcasts from the City of Sto. Tomas, Batangas. She brings positivity by entertaining her audiences with a mix of mukbang and singing, with hopes to empower other women to pursue their passions as creators.
