Actress Sarah Lahbati showcased her global appeal after appearing in Season 6 of the Netflix reality series ‘The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties’, where she was seen searching for a luxury property in Paris.

In the episode, Lahbati impressed viewers with her fluency in French as she explored high-end real estate options for herself and her children. According to the show, the actress set a budget of €5 million, or approximately P349.6 million, for her dream home.
The program follows a family-run luxury real estate business that assists clients in buying and selling premium properties across France and other countries.
During her tour, Lahbati was assisted by host Valentin Kretz, who presented her with a “very Parisian apartment” tailored to international buyers.
“I decided to show her a very Parisian apartment because that’s what 95% of international buyers are looking for. But also something very sophisticated—very much her style. At least, I hope so,” Kretz said.
The featured property, valued at €4.75 million, spans 165 square meters and includes four rooms, with the primary bedroom equipped with a walk-in closet. The apartment was renovated by Virginie Renaut, who preserved its original character while adding modern and artistic elements.
Lahbati shared that her interest in purchasing a property in Europe is tied to her hopes for her children’s future.
“Because it’s really a dream for me. Maybe one day my kids could study here. So, hopefully that happens,” she said.
While she appreciated the apartment’s overall design, Lahbati noted that the living space might be too small for her needs.
“Yes. It’s chic but I hope it’s big enough for pre-dinner drinks because you know how it is with Filipino families. There are always a lot of people coming over so I have to think about it,” she added.
At the end of the tour, Lahbati expressed optimism about the property and requested photos to share with her family.
“I’m heading back to Manila tomorrow and I’d really like my mom and my kids to see the apartment. If you can send me some photos. I’ve got a really good feeling about this apartment. I’ll see you when I’m back in Paris,” she said.
In the show, Lahbati also introduced her background in French, sharing that her father is Moroccan, her mother is Filipina, and that she grew up in Geneva.
