  • Hashtag member Tom Doromal talked about the death of his fellow Hashtag member Franco Hernandez.
  • Tom and his friends believed there were signs from God telling them not to push through with their vacation.

Days after the cremation of the late Hashtag member Franco Hernandez, fellow member Tom Doromal finally broke his silence over the incident. He shared what really happened during their Davao Occidental trip where Franco drowned and died.

Flight namin 6AM, tapos nung 6AM nagulat kami ba’t wala pa yung flight namin. Di ba pag sa aiport may last call. Tapos pinarebook na nila, 9AM ata or 10AM nag-fly kami ng Davao,” he started sharing.

“Una, balak talaga namin mag falls kaso a day before umulan sa place namin, tapos sabi yung falls pangit na.

According to him, it was pass 2pm when water started filling their boat so they don’t have a choice but to jump to the sea. Franco’s girlfriend with another unnamed girl were left behind.

The rescuers tried to save Nam and Franco but they then told Tom that Franco was no longer breathing.
