James Reid and Nadine Lustre star in a new film, Never Not Love You, which Antoinette Jadaone wrote and directed. It will also be in theaters nationwide on March 31, Black Saturday.
In an interview with PEP.ph, Nadine and James refused to answer a question about sex in their real-life relationship.
James and Nadine described the upcoming film. James described the movie “Very daring” while she added:
“This is not the typical romcom. It’s something different, something more dangerous, I guess. It’s something that’s more real, something that’s more raw and true to life for us. “
Nadine continued that the generation now remains more open to a lot of things. She also sustained that the generation now also has a fearless attitude on relationships.
“I believe, yung mga generation now, they’re open-minded about a lot of things, and they’re starting to embrace what’s happening now, at kung anong mga bago. Mga fearless na po kasi sila ngayon, eh.”
When asked to describe James and Nadine’s relationship in this generation, she also responded:
“Our relationship is very motivated. Like, we’re open to new things.”
James and Nadine received a question whether sex is an important factor in the relationship of said generation. They both refused to answer said question.
“I think that’s kind of a sensitive question. I’m sorry po. I’d rather not answer that.”
James only said, “Pass.”
