  • Avengers: Infinity War swept off other movies in cinemas.
  • SM Cinema Manila had nine out of twelve cinemas for the Marvel movie.
  • The only other movies which were available in the said mall are: Rampage 3D, DOTGA: Da One That Ghost Away and A Quiet Place.

Avengers: Infinity War became available in theaters in the Philippines on April 25, Wednesday. SM Cinema Manila recently released their movie schedule for the mall’s cinemas. However, the schedule showed Avengers: Infinity War swept off other movies from the cinemas.

Avengers: Infinity War flocked to nine out of twelve cinemas in SM Manila. The only other movies which were available in the said mall are: Rampage 3D, DOTGA: Da One That Ghost Away and A Quiet Place. Avengers: Infinity War reveals the story of our favorite Marvel superheroes inside the cinematic universe fighting against an other-worldly villain, Thanos.

Meanwhile, Rampage 3D reveals the story of primatologist Davis Okoye and his friend, a rare albino gorilla George. Their story, then, started when a chemical affected George which resulted to him growing overtime. However, George wasn’t the only animal exposed to the said chemical. Rampage 3D stars Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

DOTGA: Da One That Ghost Away, on the other hand, stars Kim Chiu, Ryan Bang, Maymay Entrata and Edward Barber. The said movie became available in theaters nationwide last April 18, Wednesday. Ryan turned down an offer to start his career in Korea for the said movie.

Meanwhile, A Quiet Place reveals the story of the Abbott family living in silence. A sightless creature with hypersensitive hearing had wiped out most of Earth’s human population. The said creature also has a huge size, speed and impenetrable armored shell.

The Abbott family, husband Lee, wife Evelyn, sons Marcus and Beau, and deaf daughter Regan, uses ASL (American Sign Language) to communicate with one another. A Quiet Place stars real-life couple Emily Blunt and John Krasinski who also directed the movie. It also stars deaf actress Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe and Cape Woodward.
