Host Luis Manzano not only entertains viewers every week in ABS-CBN’s hit mystery music game show “I Can See Your Voice” but also helps secret songers that have inspired or touched the hearts of many through their stories.
In his birthday special last week, Luis was surprised by the secret songers he was able to help since the show started. The fun celebration suddenly turned emotional as they thanked the host for his kind gestures.
“Happy birthday Kuya Luis. Thank you because no matter how small or big, the help that you have given us all really made us happy. It is something that cannot be replaced especially for someone like me who has cancer. Actually, I have chemo session tomorrow but I did not think twice to be here and see Kuya Luis because this person has extended my life. I will see to it that he will always be my priority,” said LJ.
“I’m very thankful to Kuya Luis because I didn’t spend anything for my thesis,” said Steven, who received a laptop from the veteran host.
Love Joy, on the other hand, proudly presented to Luis the lechon manok business she was able to put up after the latter doubled the prize money she won when he learned that she hasn’t paid the electric bill for two months.
Luis got teary-eyed and was deeply moved by their sincere messages of thanks but his mother and guest celebrity, Vilma Santos, shed the most tears as she felt very proud of her son.
“I’m so proud of my son. I just want to thank God for blessing me with a son like you. I feel so lucky that he learned how to share his blessings and share it with people who are in need. He doesn’t think twice to help other that is why I’m proud of him. Please don’t change. God Bless you,” stated Vilma.
This coming week, the fun continues with guest celebrity players Sharon Cuneta and Kim Chiu.
