In earlier reports, Roxanne Barcelo experienced bullying from a younger actress. In the said report, Roxanne also detailed that it had been the first day of shooting with the said artist. Although she has never named the said artist, it became her motivation for becoming a better actress.
Apparently, Meg Imperial was the younger actress that was rumored to bully Roxanne.

Meg also thought that the media had exaggerated the story which Roxanne told to the public.
“I think they exaggerated the story already. Pero it’s not like that talaga na sobrang grabe, oo.”
Meg shared that she and Roxanne are doing well. She also added that they had a girl talk and cleared out that it was all a misunderstanding.
“We’re okay. We’re okay. Yung mga nababalita lang, it’s a misunderstanding. So when we were there na sa Bicol, we had, like, girl talk, of course. It’s clear, it’s like a misunderstanding.”

Meg also updated on their upcoming movie together. Abay Girls star Roxanne, Meg, Cristine Reyes, Kylie Versoza and Nathalie Hart.
“Well, tapos na kami. Magpi-pictorial na lang kami. And then, I think naman, satisfied naman sila with the result nung shooting namin. It was really fun working with Cristine and others.”
According to Meg, they had learned more about each other when they started shooting in Bicol.
“At first, kinilala pa namin the place, plus hindi naman kami sanay na magkakasama. But eventually, parang nag-sink na rin kaming lahat talaga nung nasa Bicol kami. Nung dito sa Manila, siyempre kapaan, per taping lang. But nung nandun na kami, every day kami nagkakasama kaya naging mas close.”
