- Former ‘Pinoy Big Brother’ housemate Manolo Pedrosa is now a GMA Network talent.
- He inked a management contract with GMA Artist Center on July 27.
- Manolo was last seen in ABS-CBN’s ‘Nasaan Ka Nang Kailangan Kita’ which was topbilled by Jane Oineza, Loisa Andalio and Joshua Garcia back then.
Tagged as Chinito Wonder of Quezon City during his ‘Pinoy Big Brother’ stint on ABS-CBN, Manolo Pedrosa is back in the limelight after more than three years, but this time as a Kapuso.
Just this afternoon, he officially signed a co-management contract with GMA Network‘s talent arm GMA Artist Center with his manager Jun Reyes.

When asked why he decided to come back to showbiz after leaving in 2015, the newest Kapuso recruit answered told GMA Network, “Eto ‘yung story kasi ‘di ba nag-schooling muna ako and then dun ko na-realized na how much I want to act, entertain ng mga tao. Tapos ‘yun tinawagan ko ‘yung manager ko sabi ko ‘Sir Jun I want to go back to showbiz’ and then he is the one who recommended na to try GMA.
“And sabi ko, ‘Sige, why not?’ I like to try things eh. That’s how you get different opportunities.”
On his Instagram account, he shared the news about his new network that shocked his followers. “Back and better. Thank you, Kapuso! ❤”
Manolo Pedrosa rose to popularity after joining “Pinoy Big Brother: All In” in 2014. Before suddenly taking a step back from the spotlight, he starred in ABS-CBN shows including ‘Oh My G!’ and ‘Nasaan Ka Nang Kailangan Kita’ right after his stint in the reality TV show.
The actor is currently studying entrepreneurship at the University of Asia and the Pacific.
