ABS CBN’s ‘The General’s Daughter’, directed by Emmanuel Palo, is still the leading most watched TV program in NUTAM with a rating of 15.6%, as of April 26, 2018.

Rhian Bonifacio, with veteran actors and actresses Maricel Soriano, Albert Martinez, Eula Valdez, Janice de Belen, Tirso Cruz III, and more, the action-packed primetime series had really caught the hearts and nights of the Filipino people. ‘The General’s Daughter’ is an action drama series that revolves on the protagonist, Lt. Rhian Bonifacio, who was taken from the De Leon’s (Bonifacio’s real family) by the Guerrero’s and raised as theirs and trained her to kill Marcial De Leon, which is her own father, due to the belief that the best revenge that they could have is their own daughter going against them.
This different story line and a new kind of action packed series has excited and captured the attention of the viewers, especially on social media. On Twitter, ‘The General’s Daughter’ had been the talk of the town since the pilot episode.

Given the data provided by the Nationwide Urban Television Audience Measurement (NUTAM) surveys, ‘Minute to Win It’ has led the afternoon show with 6.7% against ‘Wowowin,’ which has 4.7%. On the news broadcast from both of the networks, GMA Network’s ‘24 Oras’ garnered 9%, with the lead by ABS-CBN’s ‘TV Patrol’ which had 12.2% in rating.
‘FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano’ has also paved its way with a 14.4 % in rating against ‘Kara Mia’ which had 9.3% in rating, and ‘The General’s Daughter’ was winning amongst all by garnering 15.6 % in rating, and ‘Sahaya’ which had 8.9% only.
