Marcelito Pomoy successfully advanced to America’s Got Talent grand finals after winning the hearts of the judges through his ‘Con Te Partiro’ performance.
For the second time around, Marcelito received a standing ovation from all the judges, and Howie Mandel believes the Filipino singer will absolutely be in the grand finals.
“I gotta say that I believe that you have the best shot of winning this whole thing. This is the semifinals and you raised your game. The woman in you was just as good as she was the last time. But you as a man, you went up a notch. She tried to stay up with you but she couldn’t.”
Meanwhile, Judge Alesha Dixon praised Marcelito for choosing the best song for him to advance to America’s Got Talent’s grand finals.
“It really enabled you to shine. I just love everything about you Marcelito. That was a fabulous performance, well done.”
Along with Marcelito, other contestants like Tyler Butler-Figueroa, Hans, Alexa Lauenburger, Sandou Trio Russian Bar, and Duo Transcend will be advancing to the grand finals.
