After getting hate comments on his Tiktok videos with Christine Dacera, the flight attendant who recently died, showbiz newbie Ali King finally broke his silence.

Dacera was found lifeless in a bathtub in a hotel room where she welcomed the new year with friends. The police have speculated she was a victim of a rape-slay while other reports say she had an aneurysm.

The nation went on a social media manhunt to track down the alleged 11 suspects involved in the case.

But in an unfortunate situation, newbie actor Ali King, who was friends with Christine, was dragged into the issue.

On Twitter, Ali finally addressed the hate comments that he got in his Tiktok videos with Dacera,

He then stressed how heartbroken he is about what had happened to his friend.

Got these comments on Tiktok just because I'm friends with Tin Dacera and appeared in old TikTok videos with her. I love her and I was heartbroken to learn of her death. (1/2) pic.twitter.com/1UNwq3dclH

In a subsequent tweet, the actor clarified that he was with his family when the incident occured.

I was at home for the New Year and was nowhere near the hotel where she died yet people still managed to say these things to me. I hope we learn how to be responsible with what we say online and to educate ourselves first before making conclusions. #JusticeForChristineDacera

The BL actor then took the opportunity to remind everyone to educate themselves and fact check first before arriving into conclusion.

Several netizens have shown support for Ali in relation to the issue of Christine Dacera’s TikTok videos.

We cannot control the minds of other people, but we can encourage them to do so, but for now the best thing is to not read this harsh comments ali, don't mind them, their mindsets are out of context already. Basta Madami parin kaming NAGMAMAHAL sayo

Masakit man, dahil namatayan na kayo ng kaibigan may mga tao paring ganyan, naninira, nanghubusga sa inyo still the thing is at the end of the day, nasasaatin parin kung magpapaapekto ba tayo o hindi, Basta MADAMI PARIN KAMING NAGMAMAHAL SAYO

— Kuya!! (@APintchOf_It) January 6, 2021

Some netizens even advised Ali to file a lawsuit against those who harassed and accused him online.

You want to file cybercrime case? Just tell me. I reckon those involved will likewise want to sue the eejots who indicted and held them guilty as charged on socmed, literally killing their names and reputations as individuals.

This kind of impunity should never be countenanced
