Kapuso performer Psalms David gives his fans another musical treat with the release of his sophomore single under GMA Music titled “I Need To Know” today, April 15.
Composed by one of his mentors and The Clash judge Christian Bautista, the song tells the story of a man who wants to know where he stands with the girl he loves.
Psalms shared how he related to its heartfelt lyrics and hopes the fans would connect to its message, “Sir Christian and I had a talk about the song and we wanted to make our viewers know that in any relationship, it is a priority to communicate always. Since I haven’t had any relationship, I can relate this song with myself in times when I need to decide whether I’ll choose myself or other people. There are many ways to connect with this song that’s why I’m excited to know how my listeners can relate to it.”
In the trying time we’re in, Psalms believes in the power of music which can bring comfort to the Filipino audience. According to him, it helped a lot in coping with the current situation, “It became my fortress. I believe music is an instrument of God to comfort us during this pandemic.”
