Based on the rating chart of AGB Nielsen, nine out of the Top 10 Most-Watched programs nationwide are from GMA Network; only FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano came from another network.
GMA Network continues to prove its supremacy on free TV as it dominates the rating chart of AGB Nielsen for the Most-Watched programs nationwide.
From December 20 to December 22, the Top 10 programs in the list are mostly from GMA Network. Throughout the said time frame, the Top 4 programs are consistent—24 Oras, I Left My Heart In Sorsogon, The World Between Us, and FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.
Their rankings vary but, the news program 24 Oras remained in the number one spot consistently.
On December 20, I Left My Heart In Sorsogon ranked second with a 12.2% rating followed by The World Between Us with 11.3% then FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano followed with an 8.1% rating, and Movie Holidates ranked fifth with 6.9%.
The following programs have ranked 6th to 10th on the said date:
6. The Gifted Graduation (5.0%)
7. Eat Bulaga (4.5%)
8. Las Hermanas (4.3%)
9. Wowowin (4.2%)
10. Stories From The Heart: End Of Us (4.1%)
On December 21, The World Between Us took over the second spot with 11.2% followed by I Left My Heart In Sorsogon with an 11.0% rating then, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano ranked fourth with 9.3% followed by Movie Holidates with 6.5%.

On December 22, I Left My Heart In Sorsogon returned to second place with a 12.0% rating followed by The World Between Us with an 11.1% rating then FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano ranked fourth with 8.6% and followed by Movie Holidates with 6.8%.

7. The Gifted Graduation (5.1%)
8. Ang Lihim Ni Annasandra (5.0%)
9 – 10. Stories From The Heart: End Of Us and Eat Bulaga (4.7%)
With GMA Network’s wider reach compared to other networks, its programs can easily dominate the rating chart. However, the power of FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano is also a threat as it continues to compete in ratings despite ABS-CBN’s limited reach.
