Xiaomi, one of the world’s leading smartphone brands, recently opened its biggest flagship store in the Philippines on the 2nd Floor of SM City North EDSA’s City Center (near The Block).

With a total area of 465 square meters, Xiaomi’s new store has the widest range of Xiaomi products on display, including the latest smartphones, wearables, and other smart home devices. Designed like a showroom, the store is sectioned off into different areas for different rooms in the house, including a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and office, each with its own selection of Xiaomi products on display. Unsurprisingly, Xiaomi TVs of various sizes were on display in every room.

The store opening was led by Xiaomi Country Manager Kenny Cheong, and GMC CEO and President Terence Chua, with special guests Mayor Lani Cayetano and TV star and Xiaomi ambassadress Gabbi Garcia. Also in attendance were SM Supermalls President Steven Tan, Philippine Telegraph & Teleph Chairman Buddy Zamora, Xiaomi GTM Manager Sophia Liao, Xiaomi Product Manager Joyce Borlagdan, and Philippine Ambassador to Japan Mylene Garcia-Albano.

Xiaomi spruced up the occasion by giving the first 50 store customers a  50% discount on some of its smartphones, including the Xiaomi 12 Lite, Redmi Note 10 Pro, Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12 Pro, and Xiaomi 11.

The company also extended complimentary discount vouchers to the next 200 customers with minimum purchases. Up to P500 discounts are available for customers’ next store visit.

The store is a welcome addition to the growing number of Xiaomi outlets in the country. It is a testimony to the company’s commitment to the Philippine market.

More in-store surprises await Xiaomi fans who visit the store to shop for new gadgets for themselves or loved ones. Visit Xiaomi’s official Facebook page for more details.
