Will Vhong Navarro appear on the It’s Showtime stage again?
On Tuesday, December 6, Navarro was granted temporary liberty after the Taguig RTC judge granted his bail petition amounting to 1 million pesos.
In a report by ABS-CBN’s Niko Bau posted on Twitter on the same day, he said Navarro’s lawyers, Atty. Maggie Abraham and Atty. Bon Arcilla shared that the host-comedian is set to rest for a couple of days to spend time with his family after more than two months of detention.
But the Kapamilya host has plans to go back to his hosting duties on ‘It’s Showtime’, which the lawyers also shared.

Navarro voluntarily surrendered to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on September 19, after the Taguig Metropolitan Trial Court (MTC) issued an arrest warrant for the charge of acts of lasciviousness filed by model Deniece Cornejo. Navarro posted bail to avoid detention.
However, on the following day, Tuesday, September 20, Navarro again voluntarily surrendered to the NBI. This was after another arrest warrant for the rape case was issued by Taguig RTC Branch 69.
Meanwhile, It’s Showtime’s hosts have been very supportive of Vhong during his ordeal.
During their Magpasikat 2022 anniversary celebration, Team Jugs, Teddy, and Kim dedicated their performance to Navarro. Vice Ganda expressed his support as well.
“Para kay kuys…Para sayo ‘to kuys, we love you, we miss you, kuys Vhong,” said Teddy.
Vice Ganda expressed, “Vhong, hinding-hindi ka namin nakakalimutan. Araw-araw, naaalala ka namin. At araw-araw, nagdadasal kami para sa iyo. Araw-araw, isa ka sa mga hiling na ibinibigay at ibinubulong namin sa Diyos.” Vice Ganda added, “Kasama ka namin dito at excited na makasama ka naming muli dahil alam naming makakasama ka namin. Mahal na mahal ka namin, Vhong Navarro. Ang tagumpay ng ‘Showtime’ noon, ngayon, na magiging tagumpay pa sa kinabukasan, ay kasama ka, Vhong Navarro.”
Ion Perez during his birthday celebration in the show also shows support for co-host Vhong Navarro.
“Ang wish ko dahil… may dalawang tao kasing malapit sa akin na may pinagdadaanan sila ngayon. Unang-una ‘yung… si Brad Vhong, kasi tol… Kapit ka lang kasi dumating din ako sa sitwasyon na ganyan, na feeling mo tinalikuran ka na ng mga tao pero huwag ka lang bumitaw, ‘tol. Kumapit ka lang sa paniniwala na may mabubuti pa ring tao ‘tol. Kaya kapit lang ‘tol,” he said.
