Filipino actress, model, and dancer Meg Imperial recently addressed the possibility of joining VivaMax in a TikTok video on May 26.
In response to a netizen’s question about her potential involvement with VivaMax, Imperial admitted she could be open to the idea.
Having made her entry into the entertainment industry with the TV series My Driver Sweet Lover on TV5, she gained recognition for her role. In 2013, she made her film debut in Joel Lamangan‘s Menor de Edad before transitioning from ABS-CBN to GMA.
In response to the netizen’s question about working with VivaMax, she shared that if the platform had existed during her early years in the industry and if she were in survival mode with limited income and opportunities, she may have considered it. However, she expressed that it’s not something she truly desires or feels compelled to do.
Meg emphasized that she perceives her job will include portraying sexy roles but [also] doesn’t believe it’s necessary to go beyond that limit.
“If may VivaMax nung panahon ko, at saktong naka-survival mode ako, meaning wala akong source of income, wala akong ibang opportunity, (be)cause that’s how I started eh, from scratch talaga, and if wala pang traction sa social media… then “maybe” wala akong choice…
“But, I would say (that) I would regret it, kasi hindi ko talaga siya gustong gawin. And I don’t think kailangan ko siyang gawin. So hanggang doon lang ako sa part na pa-sexy ‘cause I know that’s part of my job as an actress.”
