ABS-CBN actress and social media star Ivana Alawi made spicy revelations about her not-so-pleasant experiences with artists from GMA Network.
Alawi disclosed that some Kapuso stars were rude to her when she was just starting in showbiz.
She made these revelations on her vlog last July 18, 2023.
When asked about the “nicest GMA artist she worked with,” Ivana recalled the kindness shown to her by Barbie Forteza.
“Si Barbie Forteza, hindi ko siya malilimutan kasi madaming maldita sa akin nung nag-start ako sa GMA, as in maraming masusungit. Alam mo yun?
“Ayaw tayong bigyan ng puwesto. Ayaw din kaming bigyan ng pagkain. Sinusungitan kami nung mag-ina. Basta marami… And then, ang pinaka naging mabait sa akin na hindi ko malilimutan—hindi ko pa siya nakakausap after—pero si Barbie Forteza. Kasi siya ay sobrang bait. Totoo talaga siya, kaya super blessed niya, because she really has a good heart.”

Alawi and Forteza worked together on the Kapuso youth-oriented show ‘Reel Love Presents Tween Hearts’ (2010-2012) during Alawi’s early years in showbiz.
