With an impressive 1.79 billion total video views across Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, GMAIN not only topped the Philippine rankings but also secured the second spot globally.
The historic coverage in March 2025 contributed significantly to this milestone, including major stories such as the arrest and initial hearing of former President Rodrigo Duterte at the International Criminal Court (ICC), as well as comprehensive reporting on Eleksyon 2025—from campaign trails to voter preparation.
Contributing to the high engagement were standout segments such as user-generated content from YouScoop+ and hard-hitting news from GMAIN’s flagship newscasts “24 Oras,” “Saksi,” “Balitanghali,” “State of the Nation,” “24 Oras Weekend” and “Unang Balita sa Unang Hirit.” These resonated with audiences across multiple platforms, reinforcing GMAIN’s commitment to delivering credible and compelling news content.
In March alone, GMA Integrated News generated 860 million views on Facebook, 722 million views on TikTok, and 209 million views onYouTube.
Driving further impact in March was the launch of GMAIN’s digital election initiative, #Eleksyonaryo: The Dapat Totoo Digital Exclusives, which generated over 11 million views. The campaign featured Mini PSAs and Q&As with reporters using Gen Z lingo to explain electoral concepts; Man-on-the-street interviews capturing the voices and sentiments of everyday voters; and an Ask-Me-Anything session with COMELEC Chairman George Garcia, tackling vital election-related questions from the public.
