Vice Ganda became emotional as she spoke about her deep and enduring friendship with Anne Curtis, revealing that among all her co-hosts on ‘It’s Showtime’, Anne holds a very special place in her heart.

In an interview with broadcast journalist Karen Davila, Vice said that while she loves all her co-hosts, her connection with Anne is different.
We support each other so much.
Vice went on to describe the depth of their relationship, saying they share a level of honesty and emotional connection that allows them to be completely open with each other.
“I miss her, I long for her, I care for her so much, I love her so much, makikipag-away ako for her,” she said. “I can be very brutally honest to her, siya rin, ganu’n sa akin… because at the end of the day, we will still choose each other and we will still choose to understand each other.”
She added, “Ang ganda-ganda ng relationship namin.

Vice also admitted that there was a time when it became extremely difficult for her to continue hosting ‘It’s Showtime’ when Anne was absent from the program.
“There was even a point na it was so hard for me to keep doing ‘Showtime’ without her,” Vice revealed. It was very hard for me to carry ‘Showtime’ without her.”
According to Vice, hosting the show feels effortless whenever Anne is around.
“With her in the show, it was so easy. It’s a walk in the park, it’s playtime, it’s bardagulan, it’s harutan, it’s landian,” she said.
Despite their strong bond, Vice admitted that they do fight—just like siblings.
“Na napakababaw na para talaga kaming magkapatid,” she said, recalling their longest argument.
During the same interview, Vice also discussed her nickname “Meme,” her marriage to Ion Perez, and her upcoming Metro Manila Film Festival entry ‘Call Me Mother’, which explores themes of motherhood and family.
