The AlDub movie “Imagine You & Me” reported “technical problems” in some cinemas. Some AlDub fans who encountered these problems took to Twitter the unfortunate incident leaving them with no choice but to get a refund for the movie ticket. Others stay and waited for hours just to see the movie.

Unfortunately, some of the AlDub fans were so quick to judge and think that this is a form of sabotage.
Some others even pointed to ABS-CBN/Star Cinema the sabotage as if they have proof.
Apparently, cinemas can’t play the file “Imagine You & Me” that was forwarded to them. In a statement issued by SM Naga, the cinema pointed out that they can’t play the movie.
“To: OUR VALUED CUSTOMER,
Due to technical problem, we are not able to play the movie “Imagine You & Me.”
We’ll inform you the soonest time once the problem is solved.
Thank you very much.”
On Twitter, the director of the movie Mike Tuviera clarified the technical problems encountered by “Imagine You & Me.”
He said, “Guys, regarding the technical problems with some provincial theaters, we are working on solutions now. Not theaters’ fault. Ayusin po namin.”
He also added, “Maraming salamat sa pasensiyang ipinapakita ng mga kababayan natin sa mga probinsyang may technical problems. #ALDUBImagineYouAndMe”
