This Friday, novelty singer/comedienne Mahal takes her on Face The People’s iconic “silya de konsensya” to decide whether or not she should retire from showbiz.
A very angry Mahal enters the halls of Face The People announcing to everyone that Kissybabes, newly discovered talents of her manager Jethro Carrey, envy her and are plotting her downfall.
The feud started when Kissybabes group members Kisses Castillano and Em-em Basa told Mahal that she’s old and no longer popular. Mahal is enraged when the Kissybabes describe her beauty as something to be reserved for Halloween. For the novelty singer, this is the last straw. She throws her shoes at them out of anger.
Mahal is also angry at her manager, Jethro. She believes that Jethro allows all these to happen because the Kissybabes were able to seduce him.
The comedienne challenges the newcomers to a dance-off to determine who’s more talented. But after all the funny and entertaining quips from Mahal, she breaks down, revealing the true reason behind her rage.
