If Karylle and Jhong made the Kapamilya fans cry yesterday with their touching performances, Vhong Navarro and Ryan Bang did the exact opposite. The duo made people scream with laughter with their hilarious comedy skit.
Prior to their presentation, video clips of Pinoy Big Brother wherein Vhong Navarro was “invited’ to stay were shown. Karylle, Anne and Billy Joe Crawford rushed to a room where a worried Ryan Bang is complaining to everyone about Vhong’s absence.
Eventually, Vhong appears when their Magpasikat presentation began.
The skit starts off with Ryan Bang in pajamas, entering a bedroom, still complaining, “Kinuha kasi ni Kuya si Kuya Vhong e!” He proceeds to sleep. A few seconds later, Vhong Navarro comes in, also in pajamas. He said he was able to escape Big Brother’s house.
Vhong tries to wake him up so they can make a script but Ryan asked for a few more minutes to enjoy his sleep. Vhong then types on a manual typewriter but couldn’t get to finish a script so he wakes Ryan again.
Ryan immediately stands up, and their comedy routine takes on a more hilarious turn as Vhong tries to kill mosquitoes buzzing around. In doing so, he slaps Ryan in the face, twice. This mosquito “slaps” were repeated several times during their number.

When Vhong requested for coffee, Ryan had to dance the “moonwalk” to reach for the coffee. Both of them pretended to ride a motorcycle to reach for the coffee cups.
The several antics of the comedy tandem left the audience in stitches. One can hear their squeals and guffaws registering loudly on the studio audio.
One of the funniest scenes was when Ryan used his head to type the script. When he raised his head from the keys, part of his face was bleeding!
The second half of their Magpasikat performance shows Vhong and Ryan stripping and tossing off their pajamas.
Clad in an all black ensemble, the two goes behind separate monitors, with only their heads showing on the monitor. The video shots of their heads morph into several looks and images while they move their bodies in sync with the music and head shots.
In the last few minutes of the skit, Angelica Panganiban appears on the scene. A third monitor is added, with a mysterious guy clad in shorts behind it.
All of the monitors then showed a head shot of John Lloyd Cruz. Ryan and Vhong emerge from behind the monitors. And guess who slid out from the third one? None other than John Lloyd Cruz! You don’t have to see the video to guess which guy Angelica Panganiban went for. Angelica and Lloyd are real-life sweethearts, after all!
The skit ended with Vhong slapping Ryan again because of a mosquito, and Ryan exiting and crying out “Tama na yan!”
