4. Alden Richards’ album “Wish I May” from GMA Records was certified double platinum less than a week after it was released in October 2015.
GMA Records made the announcement on Instagram. The award was given by the Philippine Association of the Record Industry.
5. Over 50,000 fans went to the Philippine Arena in Bulacan for the “Tamang Panahon” event of “Eat Bulaga” last October 2015 to see AlDub.
This resulted in numerous tweets that peaked thrice during the charity concert. The highest at over 48,000 tweets per minute occurred when Alden sang “God Gave Me You” to Maine and the couple hugged afterwards.
