GMA Network shows are the preferred programs watched by Mega Manila viewers, according to AGB-Nielsen.
In the survey that covers January 1 – 5, 2016, GMA Network programs emerged as the top choice of Mega Manila viewers.
“Eat Bulaga” remains the most watched daytime TV program while 24 Oras rules the prime time on weekdays. During weekends, the network rules the top 10 with “Eat Bulaga” and “Magpakailanman” headlining the Saturday shows and “Sunday Pinasaya” and “Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho” leading on Sunday.
“Eat Bulaga” scored its highest rating on January 2, 2016 with 29.9%, beating rival “It’s Showtime” which failed to enter the Top 10 with 8.6%. “Sunday Pinasaya”, on the other hand, continues to dominate ABS-CBN’s longest running variety show “ASAP 20” with 23.1% and 8.7% respectively.
