Amy Austria-Ventura wowed all the press and bloggers attended the finale press conference at ABS-CBN compound when she confessed that she’s been following the loveteam of Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla. Then she she rattled off some of the movies and teleseryes of KathNiel which she has watched.

When the role of Aling Belen, the adoptive mother of Kathryn’s character in the remake of “Pangako Sa ‘Yo” was offered to her last year, Amy did not hesitate at all to say yes to the project. In fact, she even turned down another good project just to be with Daniel and Kath.
Amy confessed that she’s a picky actress when it comes to roles. She played the role of Lourdes Magbanua-Buenavista in the original series in 2000 and now Belen Macaspac.

Based on what we have seen during the presscon, Amy is truly happy with her choice. The project she turned down last year has bid goodbye prematurely while her “Pangako Sa ‘Yo” will be ending it’s 9-month-reign on primetime this February 12.
