‘Tawag ng Tanghalan’ is hitting the hearts of the netizens…
Aside from the breathtaking performances and intense vocal showdown in their hit segment ‘Tawag ng Tanghalan,’ “It’s Showtime” hosts Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro and Vice Ganda formulated a dramedy skit they called ‘Drama sa Tanghalan,’ which is now earning raves from the netizens.
Started on July 30, Vhong Navarro as “Romeo” who was caught between two loves – “Juliet” played by Vice Ganda and “Aning” (Anne Curtis). The three actors threw shades at each in self-deprecating humor. Not all the funny moments were written down in the script but the adlibs worked and were oftentimes genius. The previous episodes featured Romeo and Juliet arguing about mundane issues such as age difference, and Romeo’s alleged girlfriend, which audiences and netizens totally enjoyed.
The segment effortlessly trends on Twitter because of the drama and hugot moments of hosts Anne Curtis, Vice Ganda and Vhong Navarro.
