Almost 8 years after the last reincarnation of “Pedro Penduko,” James Reid is now being rumored to play the role of this Pinoy superhero.

On September 15, James attended the 37th Manila International Book Fair for the book signing of “Pedro Penduko: The Legend Begins.” He was awarded a special commemorative litograph by Epik Studios. As the title suggests, the book, co-published by Viva-Psicom, will be the first in a series focusing on the popular komiks character created by Francisco Coching, a national artist for the visual arts.
“Pedro Penduko” was played by Efren Reyes Sr. (1954), Ramon Zamora (1973), Janno Gibbs (1994) and the last was Matt Evans (2006).
