Willie Revillame game show getting past “Eat Bulaga!” again and “Encantadia” conquering primetime top spot anew.
In the AGB Nielsen Urban Luzon survey from September 12 – 15, 2016, Revillame’s “Wowowin” sneaked in again to pulling “Eat Bulaga!” to the number 2 spot to regain daytime leadership. “Wowowin” beats “Eat Bulaga!” on September 14 and 15 with 19.3% and 16.6% ratings respectively. This is several times already that “Wowowin” ended up on top defeating long time daytime leader “Eat Bulaga!”. Will the trend continue or will “Eat Bulaga!” pull away again?
Meanwhile, GMA Afternoon drama still dominates daytime drama series led by “Magkaibang Mundo” and “Sa Piling Ni Nanay”.
Over at primetime, arch-rivals “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” and “Encatandia” were toe to toe again at the top spot. Primetime leader’s board was in constant shuffle as the 2 series interchange leadership plus the threat posed by “24 Oras”. “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” led primetime on Tuesday September 13 with 25.0% while “Encantadia” took Thursday September 15 with 26.6%. “24 Oras” took the remaining days during the survey period with 24.1% and 25.7% ratings respectively on September 12 and 14.
