Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto take their box-office tandem to the small screen as they star in their first “MMK” episode this Saturday (Feb 18) and play lovers who, at a young age, learn what unconditional and endless love truly means.
John (Joshua) meets Aika (Julia) just as when she is recovering from a broken heart. He pursues her, but Aika is reluctant to start a relationship with him for fear of getting hurt again. She suppresses her feelings, until she can no longer deny that she has completely fallen for John.
She gives their love a chance and her fear of being left behind disappears. The two are very happy together but not for long, because Aika gets diagnosed with leukemia.
How will John and Aika deal with her illness? Will they continue what they have started? Who will fight until the end and who will give up?
Joining this “MMK” episode are Allen Dizon, Nikki Gonzales, Devon Seron, Pamu Pamurada, Anjo Damiles, Kyra Custodia, Mikee Agustin, Lilet Esteban, and Raine Salamante.
