After her controversial post about former Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach, Brunei-based businesswoman Kathelyn Dupaya has patched things up with the beauty queen.
On April 22, Kathelyn said she had a conversation with Jonas Gaffud, Pia’s mentor. The businesswoman didn’t elaborate but she was obviously pacified.

She said: “i just talk to Jonas the manager of Pia thru Phone after our long conversation we found out each other the cause of trouble is MISUNDERSTANDING between me and PIA and surrounded by us.”
She then apologize for accusing Pia of making false stories about her during the trip of the former Miss Universe in Brunei.
Kathelyn wrote, “All the damages was done….. i am so sorry po kung ano nasabi ko kasi sobra ako nasaktan and i believe nasaktan din si Pia.”
She emphasized she’s only human; hence, she make mistakes. “kaya sorry sa mga nasabi ko below the belt…” she added.
The businesswoman also stressed that everything is fine now between her and Pia’s manager.
Meanwhile, Jonas posted his part on his Facebook account. He thanked Kathelyn “for apologizing for what she has done.” And said that “what happened was misunderstanding as she never heard Pia talk bad about anything.”
In the end, Jonas describe the importance of communication to prevent two or more parties from miscommunication.
