“Ilawod,” the 2017 horror flick starring Ian Veneracion and Iza Calzado, premieres on Cinema One’s Blockbuster Sunday on June 18.
Directed by Dan Villegas, its story revolves around Dennis (Ian), a news website reporter covering supernatural events. After witnessing an exorcism ritual, he notices disturbing behavior of his wife Kathy (Iza) and his children, and this gets more terrifying each passing day leading to the family’s breakdown.
The film also stars Epy Quizon, Harvey Bautista, Therese Malvar, and Xyriel Manabat. Catch the chiller “Ilawod” on Cinema One this Sunday (June 18) at 8pm.
