In an interview with PEP.ph, the Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera was asked about the possibility of her husband Dingdong Dantes entering politics.

The 33-year old actress-TV host expressed her support for his Dingdong if he decided to run for Senator.

However, Marian said that they have not yet talked about entering politics.

The “Super Ma’am” actress is not bothered by the bashers if Dingdong runs for Senator this coming elections.

So, bakit ko poproblemahin at iisipin ‘yan? Pero para sa akin, hindi problema ‘yan sa akin dahil, if ever, alam kong malaki ang maitutulong niya,” she said.

On the other hand, Marian was also asked if she ever thinks of entering politics, especially she is actively supporting her advocacies. As the ambassadress for Women and Children with Disabilities, she supports the non-profit organization Smile Train that aims to help children with cleft lip and cleft palate.

According to her, she wants to become an inspiration to her daughter on giving back to the community.
