Under the direction of Antoinette Jadaone, James Reid and Nadine Lustre star in Never Not Love You which will be in theaters nationwide on March 31, Black Saturday.
However, after Never Not Love You, James and Nadine will separate ways projects wise.
Nadine will also star in an upcoming horror-suspense film Nurse which will be under Jun Robles Lana and Perci Intalan’s IdeaFirst. The said suspense film was shot abroad. Meanwhile, James will star in 2018 Metro Manila Film Festival entry, Pedro Penduko. James also started to undergo training for the said local superhero film.
On the other hand, JaDine fans support Nadine and James’ separate projects, unlike other love teams. Other fans sometimes forbid their idols to have other projects without each other. Some fans would also threaten to boycott one’s films or television series when it lacks the other.
James, then, turned out to be the first one to deviate from their love team. He currently stars in the Philippine adaptation of the 2014 South Korean film, Miss Granny. 20 Again also stars Sarah Geronimo as the titular role and Xian Lim.
