- Kapuso headwriter Suzette Doctolero is a known critic of ABS-CBN’s “Bagani”
- Suzette is known for her straight-forward comments on either entertainment or in politics
- Ogie Diaz already gave his words on Suzette when the Kapuso writer criticized “Bagani” for making fun of Babaylan
Filipino comedian-actor and manager of Liza Soberano, Ogie Alcasid directly called out Suzette Doctolero, a film and television screenwriter of GMA Network to criticize first the shows of her mother studio prior to finding faults on its rival channel’s shows.
Such words that the comedian have said are even written in scriptures: “Why do you notice the splinter in your brother’s eye, but do not perceive the wooden beam in your own eye?” (Matthew 7:3, NAB)
It can be reckoned that Suzette was lambasting ABS-CBN’s fantaserye ‘Bagani’ especially about the ‘Babaylan’ part where once violently reacted on social media as well.
“Great direction, one of the best acting ensemble kasi magagaling ang mga cast, Good fx. Bad writing. Come on, guys, you can do better than that. Wag babuyin ang kultura at paniniwala. Idepict ng tama. Assult sa ating pagka Pinoy yan. Wag.
Nyeta. Aalma na ako. Gaguhan.”
But what was rather awkward was when Doctolero managed to promote the books she wrote about the ‘Babaylans’.
Ogie tried to throw at Suzette on what she has to point out in order to fix lapses on shows like ‘Kambal Karibal’:

Apart from managing talents, Diaz also appears as Raphael Samonte or better known as Boss Paeng in the sitcom ‘Home Sweetie Home’ to which is now top-billed by Piolo Pascual and Toni Gonzaga.
