Detoxification remains one of the main processes that Fiber Health uses to clean your body. Lim believed in the saying, “Death comes from the colon.” Then, he denoted that a dirty colon contributes to a shortened lifespan. He also noted that centenarians have things in common: clean body organs such as liver and colon.
Lim described the world we live to be “toxic” as the food we intake already has synthetic ingredients and additives. Meanwhile, the water we drink remains polluted. Detoxifying the body remains the only way to flush out every excess toxic material inside the body.
Lim also reminded everyone that you are NOT what you eat.
“You are what you absorb… Even if you keep on eating right but you don’t absorb well, that’s useless… You might be eating good but your digestion is compromised because you have a dirty colon. Then, all the nutrients that you have been eating… may not be extracted efficiently.”
Lim also revealed that there are two kinds of constipation: chronic and sluggish bowel movement or also known as hidden constipation. Then, he shared what hidden constipation really is.
“Many people are not aware that they are constipated simply because they’re having their bowel movement everyday… But the volume of your bowel movement is not proportionate to the food you intake. Then, somehow you are still relatively constipated… ‘Ang dami kong kinain kahapon, ah. Bakit konti lang ‘yung nilabas ko ngayon?’ So, that’s constipation.”
Then, Lim shared that Fiber Health capsules help people to have a sufficient fiber intake. The dietary supplements are available for adults which has 100 capsules per box and costs Php 1, 550. They also have a juice that can be available for children and adults alike which has 10 sachets per box and costs Php 500. One sachet of said juice can also be mixed into one liter of water. The juice can also be in two different flavors: guava and guyabano.
