The Hows of Us becomes a box-office record breaker. The Star Cinema film earned ₱ 36million on its opening day, making it the biggest opening gross of a Filipino movie for the year.
KathNiel broke their own record with the movie, compared in 2017 with Can’t Help Falling in Love which grossed ₱ 33million.

In a Twitter post, Star Cinema expressed their gratitude to the people who watched Primo (Daniel Padilla) and George’s (Kathryn Bernardo) story.

And after 3 days, the movie has already breached ₱ 100 million mark.
