The young actress shared that she’s an aspiring makeup artist herself. In fact, she admitted that she often gets to watch makeup tutorials on YouTube.
“Nanonood po ako ng YouTube videos lalo na po ‘pag makeup tutorials kasi ngayon po talaga gusto ko marunong na ako magmakeup.
“Kasi madami po nagsasabi sa akin na, ‘Kailangan mo ‘yan kasi public figure ka na’ kasi dati po wow. Tapos ngayon dahil nga po sa makeup tutorials.
“… Mahilig din po ako sa mga Korean style sa mukha. Hindi naman po masyado. Konti lang. Tapos ‘yung iba naman mas natural lang. Gandang natural,” she excitedly shared how she has taken makeup seriously.
Fans have long been comparing Maymay’s natural beauty to the Korean model Kim Jung Eun and claiming that both are look-alikes.
Maymay is flattered that she is compared to a Korean model, “Siyempre na-aappreciate ko po ‘yung mga sinasabi. Nakakataba sa puso.
“Pero para sa akin mas maganda siya. Pero maraming-maraming salamat sa lahat ng nagsasabing kamukha ko siya.”
So, what is Maymay’s secret in achieving a beauty that is mistaken to be a Korean model look-alike?
