It was on April 22 when a magnitude 6.1 earthquake hit Central Luzon, due to movements on tectonic plates. Kris Aquino was having an interview when she felt the earthquake.
Her reaction was caught on-cam, and, a short clip focusing on how she reacted upon experiencing the earthquake is making rounds on social media.
As a mother, she first asked to check on her two sons, Joshua and Bimby, at home since their house was built near the fault line.
“I want to go home. My sons. Because nasa fault line kami,” Kris stated.
Despite the odd situation, Kris was still able to cause a good laugh by saying, “It’s the end of the world na I’m telling you. Buti na lang binili ko na lahat ng Chanel na gusto kong bilhin.”
Kris experienced dizziness but still managed to joke around with the possible headline that would be made out of the interview.
She said to the interviewers, “Ito na ang kwento n’yo, ni-rush sa hospital dahil nilindol.”
“Ang chaka,” she added.
