The longest-running Sunday musical variety show on the television, ‘ASAP Natin ‘To’ is already more than a decade in its existence. It has provided a variety of talents, musical and dance numbers in order to entertain its viewers.
It has made the show an institution and has nothing to prove anymore in terms of entertainment values.
One of the new hosts who recently joined the show is Asia’s Song Bird, Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, who made a great change to the program. On its recent episode, it featured the network’s Summer ID titled as ‘Summer is Love.’ It included a birthday production number of Luis Manzano and Kim Chiu, also a dance number of Asia’s Got Talent Junior Good Vibes.
Other performers who were featured were music icons who gave justice to their tagline ‘Kuwento Natin ‘to, Musika Natin ‘to… ASAP Natin ‘To!’
Despite the success the show is enjoying, some are bothered that the show is running out of ideas and there’s nothing new to watch out for anymore or it has settled on what has been there.

Others also observed that it somehow turned into the format of ‘S.O.P.,’ the former rival Sunday show on GMA Network. Since the show has adopted the kind of format, it somehow made its rating low.
No matter what negative feedback it has received, ‘ASAP’ remains in the hearts of the Kapamilya viewers, and its longevity is enough to make a point that it needs no efforts to prove anything at all.
