Exciting Pinoy movies are set to premiere on Cinema One for the third quarter of this year, such as “Fantastica,” “Jack Em Popoy,” “Marry, Marry Me,” and “Rainbow Sunset,” in continuing celebration of Cinema One’s 25th anniversary of championing Filipino films.

This Sunday (July 21), the Gonzaga sisters, Alex and Toni, star in “Marry, Marry Me,” a romantic-comedy flick with Sam Milby.

The action-comedy blockbuster “Jack Em Popoy: The Puliscredibles,” starring Coco Martin, Maine Mendoza, and Vic Sotto, will also bring fun and laughter this month.

In August, viewers will get to watch Gloria Romero, Tony Mabesa, and the late Eddie Garcia in his last movie appearance via the multi-awarded film “Rainbow Sunset.”

Meanwhile, the much-awaited cable TV premiere of “Fantastica” also happens next month. The top grossing movie in last year’s Metro Manila Film Festival stars Richard Gutierrez, Dingdong Dantes, Bela Padilla, and Vice Ganda.

Other must-see films this quarter are “Sakaling Maging Tayo” and “One Great Love,” also premiering this August.

In September, the Blockbuster Sunday slot features “Second Coming,” “Familia Blondina,” “ML,” “Kuya Wes,” and “Papa Pogi.”

Catch these silver anniversary offerings of Cinema One. “Marry, Marry Me” premieres on Sunday (July 21), “Jack Em Popoy” on July 28, “Rainbow Sunset” on August 4, and “Fantastica” on August 11 on Cinema One’s Blockbuster Sunday, 7pm. The documentary, “Bundok ng Banahaw,” also premieres on Wednesday (July 17).

Cinema One is available on SKYcable Channel 56, SKYdirect Channel 19, Destiny Cable Analog 37 and Digital 56. Watch Cinema One’s 25th anniversary theme song, “Laging Kasama,” on Cinema One’s YouTube channel. For more details, follow @Cinema1channel on Facebook.
