It’s still a two-way battle between ABS-CBN and GMA Network in the ratings game.
Based on the most recent available data from AGB Nielsen NUTAM survey, the Kapamilya network continues to lead primetime programming while GMA network remains the leader in the afternoon block.
Eat Bulaga! remains the noontime favorite as it continues to outscore rival It’s Showtime. Eat Bulaga!‘s biggest lead was recorded on Friday, January 10 at it registered a rating of 7.4%, 2.1% higher than It’s Showtime‘s 5.3%.
Even Magkaagaw (which overlaps It’s Showtime schedule) also beat the Kapamilya noontime show. The GMA noontime drama recorded its biggest margin against It’s Showtime on Tuesday, January 7 at 7.3% vs 5.3% or a gap of 2.0%.
Afternoon drama Prima Donnas continues to dominate over rival Kadenang Ginto.
Prima Donnas registered its highest rating against Kadeneng Ginto on Wednesday, January 8 when it scored 10.1% against 6.8% or a margin of 3.3%.
Meanwhile on primetime, ABS-CBN remains a force to reckon with as it continues to lead this programming block.
Starla occasionally topped primetime’s overall leader’s board dislodging former number one and fellow Kapamilya FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.
Starla registered its highest with its finale episode January 10 with16.0%, 6.8% higher than rival The Gift‘s 9.2% and 1.2% higher than FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano‘s 15.2%.
FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano meanwhile continues to dominate its timeslot counterpart Beautiful Justice beating it heavily on Monday, January 6 at it scored 15.9% vs 9.7% or a margin of 6.2%.
